Submit Wedding

NOTE: Your photo must not exceed 1 MB and for best output upload 800x600 pixel image with minimum of 100pixel/inch resolution. If submitting photos of wedding party or special guests, please provide description for each photo. There should be no photos containing nudity, violent, or copyrighted materials.

Copyright Copyright for the original work is retained by you for any photographs you submit. We have the right to determine what photos will be used. Permission In contributing a Submission, you grant MarryMe Inc. a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, for the full term of copyright in the material. Photographs may be modified at the editors' discretion. Your Responsibilities You further agree that you will not submit material that is subject to copyright belonging to anyone else, the subject of any duty of confidentiality or any duty of fidelity owed to a third party, such as an employer, or otherwise subject to third party rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant MarryMe Inc. all of the license rights granted herein. You warrant that you have not taken any unnecessary risks or infringed any laws in creating or submitting your photos. We will not be liable for any releases you have not obtained for talent or location use. Usage Rights Any photographs uploaded by you may be used immediately by MarryMe Inc. online communicated to any person or to the public by any means. For this reason you must provide contact details and brief descriptive information with your photo submission. We may contact you to follow up details such as credits, location, name or title spelling.
