Kauai island weddings ruined our wedding day with the unprofessional manner they used. Google kauai wedding disaster to read the whole story. There are a lot of good planners in Kauai so read our story and make up your own mind who you want to use.

We completely disagree with Gary above.
We had our wedding done by Kauai Island Weddings and were THRILLED with them!!! Gary is probably ONE unhappy person who feels that if he screams loud enough he will eventually get his way. There is always one in the bunch. We've all seen it somewhere. What a shame...
The folks at Kauai Island Weddings did a wonderful job on our wedding! We live in Chicago & found them online. Of all the sites, they seemed the most concise. They were ALWAYS happy to answer the many questions we had by phone and we decided to go with them.
When we got out there, being that we never met face to face, we were a little unsure of how smoothly everything would go. They exceeded our expectations!! Not only was the service wonderful, but the photographs were amazing!! We got so many wonderful comments of the pictures. They are beautiful!!
Don't pass up a good company and its service, simply because ONE guy wants to slander them! At least read the company's response: http://www.kauaiislandweddings.com/disaster.html
And Dianne, the use of the word 'cheap' would be the furthest thing to describe our service, day and experience. I can see by Gary's comment how one would be led to believe cheap had something to do with it. It think in his case, it may have been his own attitude. He is the only one online that I have found, who has had anything bad to say about them.

Sorry you were "swindled". If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't! I believe you get what you pay for, and cheap spells P R O B L E M S !
